JOEL FEREN'S BERRY CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS​
  • 2 scoops Glucerna powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Fresh berries to serve
WHAT TO DO
  1. Add coconut milk, chia seeds, cinnamon powder, and Glucerna to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
  2. Pour mixture into glass container and set aside overnight. Be sure to stir mixture regularly for first hour.
  3. Prior to serving the following day, add fresh berries.
  4. Makes 1 serve​
