Almond Saffron Milkshake

INGREDIENTS
  • 1.2 litres Milk
  • seeds from 6 green cardamom pods, crushed
  • 12 teaspoons sugar
  • 30 almonds
  • ​generous pinch of saffrom threads
METHOD
  1. Blend for about , until smooth! Serve immediately.
  • This is so yummy, saffronny, almondy and satisfying! A restorative and calming spice beverage!

Banana Milkshake ​

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • dash ground nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1.5 litres of cold milk
  • ​ice, optional
METHOD
  1. Blend for about 30 seconds and then serve immediately.
  • This is an energy spice drink great afternoon pick me up.

Tropical Turmeric Smoothie

Immune boosting smoothie by Liz Edgecombe
INGREDIENTS
  • 85g fresh pineapple
  • 1 fresh mango
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp cardamom ground
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice- optional
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 – 6 Ice cubes
METHOD
  1. Put all ingredients into blender and sprinkle chia seeds on top.
