MATT GERMANCHIS' WHITE CHOC GANACHE

SESAME CRISP INGREDIENTS
  • 100 g glucose
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g black sesame seeds
  • 50 g sesame seeds
GANACHE INGREDIENTS
  • 300 g white chocolate​
  • 160 g Bulla Thickened Cream
  • 480g Greek yoghurt
METHOD
  1. Heat glucose, butter and sugar until combined and add sesame seeds.
  2. Cool and roll into balls of 50 g. Place in oven on grease proof tray at 170C until golden brown. Cool on cake rack and break off shards.
  3. Melt chocolate and cream over bain marie. Cool and mix in yoghurt.
