In small pot heat the honey, brown sugar and vegetable oil until the sugar is dissolved and the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients, leaving out the dried fruit, with the warm honey mixture. Mix all the ingredients until evenly coated. Transfer to a lined baking dish large enough to hold all the ingredients.
Bake in a preheated 160-degree celsius oven for 1 hour 30 minutes continually stirring until golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Add dried fruit and mix through. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
